You need meat to fill the freezer? We got it! Order a whole or half pig to be custom processed to your specifications.

Includes all cuts and vacuum sealed packaging.
Whole pigs averaging 170-190 lbs hanging weight. This would yield roughly 130-145 lbs of meat out the door.
Custom options include:
pork chops - bone in OR boneless
shoulder - roast or steaks
hams - whole or grind into sausage
bacon - fresh pork belly or leave on the rib
ribs - spare or st louis
ground pork and sausage also available
sausage flavors: German, jalapeño, Cajun, breakfast, and chorizo.
All pigs are state inspected and stamped!
