We are Texas State inspected for custom exempt processing - you bring the animal, you get back the animal. This processing is "Not For Sale", meaning it will not go into our retail counter or be sold to anyone except for you.
+How do I get an appointment?
Call us at 940-423-6655 to get on the books. We will only accept a limited amount of animals per week.
We require a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. After the animal is slaughtered and a hanging/carcass weight has been recorded, you will be contacted with your remaining balance. This balance must be paid within 48 hours of being notified! Processing will not begin until your balance has been paid in full. If you need to make other arrangements, please let us know prior to booking your appointment. If your remaining balance has not been paid or arrangements have not been made within 10 days of drop-off, a "delay of process" late-fee will be added.
We have a limited amount of space to hang animals. We will not make any exceptions for payments after your animal has been slaughtered.
If you are splitting the meat between friends and family, we are not responsible for separating items. We also do not provide a categorized list of items.
We slaughter, process, package and box.
Animals cannot be injured, they must be able to physically walk down the shoot and up the ramp to the slaughter floor.
We only accept steers, heifers, cows, no bulls.
*Live weight cannot exceed 1500 lbs.

$75 kill charge per animal
$1.29/lb hanging/carcass weight
Price includes basic cuts and vacuum sealed packaging.
